We ship your orders from Hong Kong internationally with our shipping partners including Hong Kong Post, DHL, UPS, Fedex or Aramex. Local shipment within Hong Kong are shipped with HKPost or S.F. Express.

Please be sure to verify that all delivery information is correct and complete. If the information is inaccurate or does not conform to postal standards, we may have to contact you to amend this information, which may delay your order. Delays also occur as a result of pending payment checks or customs clearance.

In some cases, your local customs office may require additional documents and time to have your package cleared and processed. The delivery time may be prolonged as a result.

International Delivery Times

We are committed to provide first class customer service which includes processing your shipment in a timely manner. Order placed with our Express Post service will be processed within 2 to 3 days.

Other shipping service including Priority and Air will be processed within 3 to 4 days.

Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during public holidays and peak seasons. Please refer to this page for a list of public holidays in Hong Kong. Public holidays in the destination country can be found here.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time for package clearance and processing. We may also require more time to process insufficient shipping information and pending payments verification. The estimated delivery time may be affected in these cases.

Order Tracking

All shipping services we provide can be tracked online. Once your shipment is dispatched, we will send a shipment notification by email which includes a tracking number.

Import Taxes & Duties 

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination.

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Kids Logic. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. 

Returns Policy

We accept returns for up to 30 Days!


Returns made within 30 days from receiving your order may be exchanged or refunded in your original form of payment. Please see below for details and restrictions.

If you wish to Return your item(s), please email us stating the reason for your request. Once authorized by our customer service representatives, a case number will be sent to you for reference. Returns & Exchanges will be evaluated and processed upon receiving of the item(s).

Items returned after the 30 day period or sent without a case number will not be accepted. With the exception of items with manufacture defect, the returned merchandise must be unused and in new condition that can be sold again with the original package intact.

How to Return or Exchange


  • Contact our customer service representative to obtain a Returns Form and a case number. The Returns Form with a case number must be included with the items for return.
  • Ship out the return merchandise within 14 days from receiving the return case number.
  • We ask that you are responsible for all shipping & tracking costs for returns & exchanges.
    • As we are not responsible for the return packages until it reach us, you are recommended to use a trackable shipping method.


Upon dispute, Kids Logic reserves the right to make the final decision on all return cases.

Wrong Item, Missing Item or Defective Item

If you receive a defective item, wrong item or in the wrong quantity, please contact us immediately. We will resend the correct item or process a refund due to our error.

Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and all relevant documents upon the receipt of shipment. We will do our best to resolve your case in a timely manner.
